I am only telling you what worked for me, it is up to you to properly adapt the system to your unique health issues.I started this group after refusing to accept drugs were a viable plan to help my common health issues: Fatty Liver, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, skin issues, joint pain.,the list goes on. Of course these things affected my CDL Physicals. Learn how I lowerd my A1C, beat Type 2, and got all my other issues going the right direction, without pills or potions.

Timeline of my life--Sugar Addict, Fatty Liver, since 1997, Pre-Diabetic, 2008... then Type 2 Diabetic, 2015, High Blood Pressure, Coronary artery disease, ALL SELF INFLICTED.

I repeat, these issues are self inflicted, therefore, they can be reversed by your actions, not by drugs.

High Weight from a few years ago, 265+.Low carbed down to a Starting Weight, BF- (Before fasting) last August 2018, of 245. Goal-170. Current 183.


A1C, February 2018 7.1, July 2018 6.2,  November 2018 AF(after intermittent fasting 3.5 months), 5.0. A non-diabetic level.
